I purchased oxford style dress shoes today, and the employee was very helpful. He spoke English quite well, which was certainly better than my poor Russian.

Not only did he quickly help me find shoes I liked in my size, but he then explained how to tighten and loosen oxford style shoes; something i had not done before.

This is a good shop run by helpful, knowledgeable people!
